How much notice is required to reserve a Portable Restroom?

One week notice would be appreciated, however short notice would not be an issue for us.  We understand emergencies and short planning timelines happen.  We will work to ensure you receive your service needs.

Can we rent a Portable Restroom for just one day?

Yes, We deliver one day in advance and pick up the next business day after the event.

What does it cost to deliver and pick up a Portable Restroom?

Tillett Toilets deliver and pick up restrooms free of charge.

Is the portable restroom rental taxable?

Yes, 6% Pa Sales Tax will be added to the invoice. Tax Deductible Organizations can provide tax exempt certification so tax is not charged

How are construction restrooms invoiced?

Construction restrooms rental rate is weekly with a 4-week invoice cycle

Where do you place the Portable Restroom once I rent it?

We make every attempt to set the restroom at the location that best suits your needs.  We do have some restrictions in regards to level ground, wet areas and distance from the delivery / service point.

How Often does the restroom get serviced?

The weekly rental fee includes one weekly service.  Our trained service technician will professionally clean the restroom using PSAI [Portable Sanitation Association International] standards, Servicing includes pumping out waste, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the restroom, assure paper products and hand sanitizer levels are full. Also inspect unit for any safety issues and make repairs if needed.
